Delivery Timeframes:

International Shipping:

SWINCI STORE does not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  5. Exclusions: Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These include all the Jewelry Items. Please check product descriptions for specific details.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will make it right.
